I’m Craig Thompson. I founded Vibrant in 2015 out of a deep sense of frustration with the working world. I’ve worked across a lot of different industries, in a wide variety of roles and lived in four different countries. Seeing the system both from the eyes of an employee and the eyes of an employer trying to attract, develop and retain staff made it clear to me that the world of work is broken. But, it doesn’t have to be.

Work can be great and can do great things both for those who run companies and want them to be profitable and for those who work to make them that way; often putting in long hours for low pay, sacrificing so much time with their kids, family and friends, or from exploring the world – but still having little to show at the end of it all.
